Terms & Agreements – Camp Cherokee

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Camp Cherokee website or participating in camp activities, you agree to these Terms & Agreements.

2. Camp Participation

Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring all information provided during camper registration is accurate. Misrepresentation may result in denial of participation.

3. Code of Conduct

Campers and volunteers must follow all camp rules, staff instructions, and safety guidelines. Behavior that endangers others may result in dismissal without refund.

4. Health & Medical

Parents/guardians must disclose all relevant medical information. In emergencies, Camp Cherokee staff may seek medical treatment for the camper.

5. Liability Release

By participating, you acknowledge inherent risks in outdoor and recreational activities and release Camp Cherokee, its staff, and the Baptist Association

from liability except in cases of gross negligence.

6. Payments & Refunds

Payments made for camp sessions or donations are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

7. Website Use

All website content is owned by Camp Cherokee. Users may not copy or redistribute content without permission.

8. Modifications

Camp Cherokee may update these terms at any time. Continued use of

the site constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
